No opinion of CEO

I worked at The Home Depot as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

The team that I worked with were very professional and courteous. The majority of the full time staff were professional as well.

Cons

The Project Manager that was over our project was very difficult and treated us with no respect at all.

Advice to Management

Treat the people that help your company survive with respect, and you will get so much more from them.

I worked at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Despite some of my coworker complaints, I enjoyed working at Home Depot. It was fast paced work that kept me busy and kept me from being bored. The people I worked with were fun and friendly and most of the customers were as well.

    Cons

Being a lot associate doesn't pay much (minimum wage) for the amount of work that you do but it least the work isn't too boring.
