Pros

If you like no hours and small paychecks this is the place for you. When you do get hours on the schedule they send you home early. No chance of moving up in the company.

Cons

Low pay, no hours, not a fun place to work. You either go in to find your the only one working three departments or that your hours have been cut.

The rank and file are great!

    Cons

About 60% are working two jobs to survive! That is a shame.

    Advice to Management

Pitch in and work along side some of the department associates.

I worked at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Low pressure which is good for students who only in it for a few years. Job assignments are day-by-day or week-by-week, but you will likely get more than enough time to finish them. I frequently found myself having almost no assignments left by the last day of the week. Also, you can claim up the ladder if you want; just keep apply online.

    Cons

Low paid. They only give you a raise once or twice per year; each time for a quarter.

    Advice to Management

Training was ok. Try to approve your manager/supervisor that you want to learn to drive those forklifts and machines, so that your work would be easier and your coworkers start to rely on you. By the way, don't get the insurance. It's pretty bad.
