Pros

Great pay, and the people there are very nice. Awesome benefits and a great way to see the inner workings of the company.

Cons

Call center menatily can make things about metrics rather than actual customer service. High stress level for expeditors to take calls, and the anxiety of being watched can sometimes be a little frustrating.

Advice to Management

Be aware of the way the metrics and structure of the call center. Make the customer service more of a priority rather than the technical aspect of creating tickets and taking calls.

    Pros

    No experience necessary to get hired. Could be a great place to work if you have a good manager who puts the store ahead of his own profit.

    Cons

    Employee coverage for customer service. Not enough staff.

    Advice to Management

    Management understaffed personel to benefit his own bottom line salary and bonus. Customers and employees suffered. I'm sure we lost business due to not enough staff. Employees quit rather than take the rath of unhappy customers who could not find help.
