I have been working at The Home Depot full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As long as you work hard, you can take your Home Depot career as far as you want. Nearly every store manager I've met started with the company as a part time cashier. If you really want it, you can go from part time sales to store manager, making well over 100k, in less than ten years.

    Cons

Sometimes management will side with the customer just to keep them happy at the cost of making you look like a jerk. It's hard to follow company policy when customers just have to cry for a manager and they can get anything they want
