Responsible for serving customers in accordance with the relevant service standards and regulations and for ensuring a clean and tidy environment. Ability to work unsupervised in the bar area, ensuring that bar stocks and cash drawer remain secure during opening hours

    Cons

Sometimes you are moved around to different areas of work.

I worked at The Jockey Club full-time

      Pros

Access to most systems, great place to learn and grow professionally.

      Cons

Most people have been there awhile and do not plan on leaving any time soon, so upward mobility is limited.
