I have been working at The MENTOR Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits-rewarding work-mileage- love the freedom

    Cons

no ethics-removed bad reviews on facebook instead of speaking on it-workplace thieves stealing from less fortunate-gossip- slander in the workplace- confidentiality not honored by management-favortism-pay is lousy-no raises ever

    Advice to Management

Instead of being worried about not working when someone calls off. You should be more aware of what's going on in peoples homes and firing those employees.
