I worked at The MENTOR Network full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great pay. Excellent learning opprotunies and plenty of help from the feild offices if assistiance needed.

Cons

All the orginal management are gone, now they micromanage. Stressfull and a lot of work.

    Pros

    Supporting a network of operations and support staff who do amazing work for the adults and children we serve. Hearing the inspiring stories of our foster parents, host home providers and dedicated employees.

    Cons

    Opportunities to learn and develop new skills and keep up with changing technology, best practices, etc.

    Advice to Management

    Develop more professional learning opportunities to invest and retain good performers in corporate support functions.

    Pros

    Clients are wonderful. I love to visit with the and see how their day is going. They are always happy and the mentors they live with are very welcoming.

    Cons

    Never get paid on time.
    Still have not been paid for the month of June and have already finished my hours for the month of July. No one can get a hold of corporate. The admin can only email corporate with questions or concerns. There is no phone number to call when a complaint needs to be made.
    Company has a serious lack of communication.

    Advice to Management

    Get your acts together and maybe there won't be such a high turn over rate.
    I'm a contracted massage therapist.
