    I have been working at The Marketing Store Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Benefits here are excellent, and great for work life balance. You can usually leave before 6 and generally don't need to work weekends

    Cons

    Terrible level of investment, poor communication, some very crappy senior managers who phone it in. Company also feels that it can dictate what you do in your private life. Senior Management missteps are often comical and 'The Office' like

    Invest in staff below director level
