I worked at The Nature Conservancy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Seven hours work days. More holidays than federal government. Very generous telecommuting policy. Good for work life balance.

    Cons

Disturbing work assignments and people with petty attitude/behavior.

Was requested by others including the team lead to change financial data without audit trails. Was yelled at by the team lead because my smile did not look right to him. Woman in the next cube constantly acting mean and angry. HR erroneously entered the wrong departure date for my employment.

I have been working at The Nature Conservancy as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Voted one of the most ethical companies, TNC really makes an effort to make you a part of their team and give you all the benefits that come with that. Even as an intern!

    Cons

No cons to speak of! (so far)
