I have been working at The Proven Method full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The team is great and everyone here has an extremely high level of competence, it's like a refreshing breath of air. Also free lunch on mondays is a plus!

    Cons

There aren't really any that I can think of. It really is a great place to work, and we are growing!

    Advice to Management

    Y'all are doing great!

I have been working at The Proven Method as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

-No butheads. Everyone seems to get along really well
    -Convenient location (Buckhead)
    -Decent pay
-Not a lot of restrictions on how you do things (big plus as a developer)
    -Very little red tape
    -Lots of flexibility for emergencies
-Job security due to parent company
    -Great place to learn/practice AGILE/SCRUM

    Cons

-Extremely unfocused company. No clear direction
-'Upstairs' and 'Basement' folk know nothing about each other (despite what management may try to claim otherwise)
-Downstairs has large windows. They face a brick wall. Old building
-Security guard takes his job way too seriously. You'll understand the second you get there ...
-Extremely slow paced (until its not, then its fast paced)
-Office manager is ... eh ... not the friendliest person.
-Horrific marketing (Thankfully its being worked on)
-Due to job security from parent company, there seems to be a lot of complacency
-Office is seriously outdated. Pictures of technology from the 80's - Seriously? Thought were were 'cutting edge'? Don't think a framed photo of LISA next to a photo of a 1980's router is winning anyone over
    -ABSENCE OF COMPANY CULTURE.

    Advice to Management

Get more involved. Give more direction. Help make this a fun place to work. The lack of sunlight and no energy in the office can really have an impact on day to day.
