    Approves of CEO

I worked at The Rainier Club for more than 4 years

    Pros

Management is very flexible and takes care of you when you are in the inner circle. Free employee meals are daily and therefore makes for a great college job.

    Cons

Members can be pretentious. Other members can be awesome. You are tied to the desk and can't leave unless someone can sit at the front desk to give you a break (even restroom break). COO can be a little distant from low level employees.

    Advice to Management

Be closer linked to the lowest level of employees.

I worked at The Rainier Club for more than a year

    Pros

Great people as coworkers. Enjoyed the structured atmosphere and the meal benefits. Would recommend this as a place of work especially for part time.

    Cons

Some employees are a little disgruntled and have negative attitudes sometimes. I like positive outgoing happy people so that can kind of be a downer.
