    Pros

    The company has a great purpose, curing cancer. The physicians and staff truly care about the patients.

    Cons

    Growing fast which sometimes causes pains. The team is reactive though, working together to resolve issues

    Lack of Accountability and Favoritism (Medical Drive)

    Pros

    Competitive entry-level pay with decent benefits along with an opportunity to learn about cancer research that helps saves patient's lives

    Cons

    As a former employee, it was quickly apparent that there was an extreme lack of accountability for staff and that favoritism existed with management. Hard-working nurses are forced to pick up the slack of under performing and less qualified ones who consistently get a pass from management. Even when proof and documentation had been provided to first level management and HR, no further action was taken.
