    Pros

    Decent pay and hours at the corporate level, not so much for the people on the ground doing the actual helping of humans.

    Cons

    Your last name matters more than your experience, qualifications, skills or ability to do any job. They look out for their own so if you’re a kid of an officer or you attend the church, you’ll be gifted opportunities. But if you’re not, you will be passed up for opportunities you’re more qualified for.
