    Great showroom experience with a hardworking and fun regional and nationwide team. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Company is always looking for ways to improve in all areas - product, customer experience, employee experience. Great product selection that is always growing.     None really, we are open 7 days a week so weekend days are a must which could be a con to some.

    Pros

    Excellent work atmosphere in beautiful showrooms; average compensation with opportunity for added commissions & bonus. Available corporate assistance almost 24/7. Self-managed, every team member is an equal.

    Cons

    Additional PTO days - 10 for vacation and sickness is not enough for those of us that work additional hours in a day/week/month and also work from home because we are dedicated. Pay attention to those that put forth 110% and recognize/compensate them for their dedication.

    Decent pay for retail, nice looking store and reputation

    Cons

    Where do I start. PTO and vacation are combined. So kiss your dream trip over seas good bye unless you plan on never getting sick. Quality of treatments is just ok at best. Every order you place for customers has major issues and there is a huge disconnect with production, measure pros and design consultants. Measure pros are mainly incompetent, lousy and rude. No guidelines on how to communicate with them as we are told...

    Advice to Management

    Make changes, listen to feed back and invest. Stop being stingy and give people the raises they deserve. Hiring new blood and paying them more than vets is a low blow too. Don’t ask for feed back unless you plan on listening or considering taking it. Stop pretending people are tired and losing patience.
