      Pros

Environment is more of a family feel rather than co worker, employer, I don't want to know you place. Everyone is friendly and ready to help in any area when needed. Dr. Schwimmer is a great physician and take great care of his staff and patients.

      Cons

The location is great but the traffic can be a bit much at times. But the good is I enjoy the job and the people I work with so the traffic is worth it.

I flubbed an interview today. Nerves got the best of me. What are your thoughts on sending an email to the interviewer to the effect of “….I do want to acknowledge that I believe my nerves got the best of me today and I may not have showcased my true capabilities and enthusiasm for the role as effectively as I would have liked. This is uncharacteristic of me and I apologize if it affected our discussion.” I’m open to to feedback on this bc it’s a company I REALLY want to work at. Help!

        Product Manager

I came across a role from a post by the HM who was 2nd connection on LI (1st with VP of Product and CEO). I followed up my application with a connection request to the HM introducing myself as a candidate with 5+ yoe in the role as well as specific domain knowledge. I felt like a great fit, enough to at least get a 1st interview. But I was rejected with a generic “going with other candidates” email. I would like to ask for specific feedback as to why I wasn’t considered. Any suggestions on how?
