I have been working at The Standard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

*Added 10 PTO days on top of the 3.5-5 weeks they already give for PTO during virus *Ability to work from home *CEO genuinely cares about employees *Family vibe *Great work environment *Fantastic benefits *You feel cared for *College paid for opportunities if you go back *Career advancement *Career development (a lot of help here, managers sitting down with you to discuss where you want to go) *Amazing bonus opportunities and pay raise incentives *Successful ERG's During this pandemic, the company has been nothing but kind, compassionate and flexible with employees. A senior manager said to our team "you come first, we want to make sure you're comfortable." If you get the chance to work here, you're of value. This company is incredible. If you get the chance to interview during this pandemic, do everything in your power to be the best interviewee. You won't regret your decision to work here. This isn't a typical corporation you hear horror stories about- this is a corporation that other companies should learn from. Truly a leader in the industry when it comes to care and community.

    Cons

Nothing at this time. Maybe issues with parking? But that's expected when working anywhere downtown.

I have been working at The Standard full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They offer WFH but are somewhat disfunctuonal at it.

    Cons

They have below average benefits for the size of the company. They own your PTO so when you leave they keep the time you earned but were not able to take due to your work load. All your benefits end on your last day (not the end of the month lile most places)
