I have been working at The State Bank (MI) part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The state bank cares about their employees, competitive pay and opportunity to get raises if you take and pass a test. Small town bank, even pays you twice a year to go to a community event!

    Cons

Being a small bank they don't have many employees so some branches are ran "short"

I have been working at The State Bank (MI) part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Bank hours and days of operation

    Cons

People been there forever. There are clicks in Fenton that are "top management" so they call themselves. Promoted by length of service not education or training.
