      Pros

      They treat you like a human being, with respect. Flexible, good work life balance. Good pay. People are genuinely nice. Senior management are extremely approachable and down to earth. Annual leave allocation is good.

      Cons

      Sick day allocation could be better. No private health insurance in the UK, which is a nice perk.
