    No opinion of CEO

I worked at The Wine Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The Wine Group is a well funded operation with a strategic vision for long-term success.

    Cons

Senior management drives middle managers and floor employers to reach goals a bit to lofty to actually achieve, resulting in plenty of overtime, delays in project completion, redundant efforts, positional stagnation, and a high rate of employee turnover.
