    Multicultural environment, the topics are variety and this is the right place to learn about activities of development organizations.

    Cons

    Management is not always fair and your evaluation is too subjective. Your advancement depends therefore less of your performance and your dedication but more than the willingness of your boss.

    Work-life balance is well promoted and championed in that institution.
