Pros

Benefits were excellent. Management is not overly oppressive. As a regional manager, you are pretty much left alone. There is not a lot of heavy sales paperwork, ie, justifying entertainment, accounting of time on sales calls, etc.

Cons

Commission plan, while not too bad, was slow to pay. They insisted on getting paid by the customer before they would pay commissions. That could take a long time.
Management did not do a lot in terms of sales support, generating leads, etc. It was pretty much a 'just go out and sell' mentality.

Advice to Management

Support the regional sales managers more! Do more marketing and lead generation. Give the regional managers more to work with.

    Advice to Management

    Get on the same page and stop giving people the run around with their job and their lives. Pulling people off of their job for "training" and then firing them 2 weeks to a month later is just wrong.
