    Pros

Benefits were not too bad. Work experience will carry you further than you expect once you are out.

    Cons

The list is long and endless. Middle management was a joke. Some people were hired into positions that they were not qualified for.
Advancement is extended only to those who are "accomodating" and know people on the 4th floor.
Be very cautious of HR. They are not there to protect you. Even the 800# to report mis-doings didn't work.

    Advice to Management

Start actually demonstrating with actions that you care. If you really believe that you want to retain top talent- start to pay the industry average.
Please understand that you have middle management at corporate in Pgh that intimidating and threating your employees to preform. The day and age of using these tacktics as a management style are not only in poor choice but detrimental to the overall morale. The fact that upper management allows for the use of this management style makes them just as guilty for the lack of morale.

Start to practice what you preach in the 4 I's.
