The owners/managers are very smart and highly technical, and are warm, kind, and honest. This applies, of course, to their customers, but also to their partners and especially to their employees. They are observant Sikhs, and the religion mandates that they be scrupulously honest, and treat others, especially those of other backgrounds, with kindness and decency. The owners also have a lot of experience and education. The CEO has an Masters and Bachelors in engineering, as well as a Masters in Journalism. The President has a Bachelors in engineering. Both have experience working for the biggest and best high-tech companies. So, they treat their employees right, and all Government reviews of their work are as glowing as can be.

Think Tank is very small and, perhaps, too content to stay where it is as a well-respected NOAA contractor. (It also has a touch of health-related work elsewhere.) It might be better if it were pursuing growth a bit harder.
