    I worked at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Its is a very well organized, outstanding quality of food, good learning opportunities. The restaurant is beautiful, and working for TK was certain something to take pride on. The staff is certainly given all the right tools to be successful, and professional.

    Cons

    The Miami Management team could certainly treat their staff with a little more respect. They are always talking about professionalism and respect, yet they lack a bit in these qualities themselves. The management team lacks tact, and they often make their staff feel like they are not good enough so the staff feels down on themselves often.

    Advice to Management

    Improve communication skills, tact, and use of positive reinforcement from time to time.
