I worked at Thomas Publishing Company as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It's close to Penn Station.

    Cons

unstructured, unmotivated, it'll happen when it happens. self centered management that doesn't care about timelines, organization, or explaining processes which in a way leads to a weak management team that doesn't communicate what is going on with their staff.

    Advice to Management

There are people at certain levels that shouldn't be there. Talk to your staff on a daily basis and confront issues before they arise.
