    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

TR is a good, comfortable place to work. People are generally friendly and management supportive. Flexible working hours and good benefits and salary compering to other companies in the industry.

    Cons

Although colleagues are friendly there is many of them who stayed with the company for a long time and seem to not care about the job anymore. It is difficult to work with them as a team sometimes and achieve significant progress. Another thing is lack of transparency and communication from the higher management on significant projects.

    Advice to Management

Less meetings and more action. Less talking and more doing. Less moaning and more creativity. More long term thinking rather than short term patching the problems and shifting responsibilities to someone else.
