    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Thomson Reuters (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Stable company with plenty of opportunity for internal advancement. Benefits are top notch. Great co-workers, and a supportive environment.

    Cons

At times it feels like the company is too large to have a personal touch. Salary is okay, could be better.

"Employer of choice, if you are into demanding job with no monetary reward."

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Short commute time for me.

    Cons

Low pay. Pretty much zero increase in the last 5 years. Horrible and expensive cafeteria food.
    Benefit is pretty bad.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and realize that believe or not, people don't go to work because they like to learn new technology. They go to work because they get paid. Don't expect to retain top talents and not giving out raise in the same time. Thanking us for a good year does not pay our bills.
Stop giving out large bonuses to management and just give us a raise.
