Pros

good training, positive culture, you can communicate freely with all the employers. Good welfare to employers

Cons

engineering work is quite boring. The working pace is quite slow. The transformation of postions is not frequent.

    I worked at Thomson Reuters full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Expanding its size by doing more number of acquisitions.
    The benefits are fantastic and the environment is filled with fun activities.
    Most attractive number of leaves and decent hikes.

    Cons

    Relying on Poor technologies which results Business Service disruption and impact.
    Working from home is also limited to some levels of people.
    Management is still lacking in analyzing the root cause for poor service, poor decisions i.e, poor management and not taking any serious actions on them.
    After Merger in 2008, Still in process of building structured hierarchy at all levels.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on people who takes poor decisions and shows fairness in the team.
