    Pros

    Technologically passionate people
    No dress code
    No hierarchy, Flat organization
Atmosphere to learn and work on latest and greatest technologies
No maintenance work, only pure developement
    Free food, generous allowances
    Great place to work
    TDD, Agile practices

    Cons

Being a flat organization, no fancy titles to satisfy you ego!
Not a pay master but a good pay.
    Grown company, lost startup fell.

    Advice to Management

Combining Bangalore 1 & 2 was a bad choice, made it look like a big company with diluted human interaction. Size of Pune, chennai is ideal. Keep doing the good work. Feel really happy to work in a organization which gives satisfaction in all dimensions.
