I have been working at Three full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Open door policy where you can share your views freely and openly with the management.

    Cons

Poor salary and incentives at the advisor level. No Job Security. Have seen best of the emplyees being removed just to save cost. Management presses the panic button too easily and the process knowledge base is poorly conceived

    Advice to Management

Learn to respect the call taking advisors and stop insulting them in the call listening sessions. Mistakes happen and you need to give feedbacks in a mature way and not like a street ruffian.
