Pros

Three Ships Media has some strong minds working for the company. Many in the community respect the work Three Ships Media is doing. It is not "start up" guesswork, it is thoughtful digital strategy.

The team, albeit small, works well together. Everyone rallies around one another.

Cons

- The turnover has been demoralizing for some at times.
- Roles ebb and flow which can create uncertainty in expectations.

Advice to Management

You are smart, understand where digital is heading, and have a passion for the business. This will lead to some type of success at Three Ships or elsewhere. Hire smarter. Hire better "teachers" that can help develop the younger minds at Three Ships.
