      Company is not public so they only answer to their Private Equity interest (vs. Shareholder interest).

      Cons

      Company's direction is based out of US, so all Infrastructure, budget and any bonuses will be based on what the US Mgm't feels is appropriate for the Canadian region.

      Cons

      Obsessed with growth rather than supporting current clients. Way behind on technology stack and processes because they are stuck in “their system” rather than advancing with industry standards.
