I have been working at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Competitive hourly rate - Flexible scheduling; choose your schedule based on available shifts. - 1:1 patient ratio

    Cons

    - Limited overtime allowed (this is a new change since being bought out by large corporation) - Kantime charting is tedious, there is a lot of double and triple documentation needed. - Home nursing can quickly turn into nanny, housekeeper, parent, teacher, ect.. Job duty lines
