I have been working at Thrivent Financial full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Working at Thrivent I truly feel that I'm working with a team. The comradery and support I've received at Thrivent have been unsurpassed. I've found Thrivent to be a company that lives out it's values and really provides great incentives and benefits to employees.

Cons

Thrivent does continue to change structural things, which is a bit of an annoyance; however, I appreciate that they continue to change to make the future better for all the members we serve and will serve in the future.

Advice to Management

Continue talking about changes happening and explaining why they're happening.

I have been working at Thrivent Financial full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Work with Financial Representatives who want to get to know you and will provide solutions that fit your personal situation. An organization that cares - they give back to the community and work with people to get them in a place where they feel financially secure enough to be able to do the same if they have that desire.

    Cons

It takes a lot of time, not a 40 hour work week - but the rewards are worth it!

I have been working at Thrivent Financial full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Awesome opportunity to work with the best. Competitive caring organization not only concerned with the bottom line. Management cares about the sales people as people not just producers

    Cons

Change is constant. Even if it's improvement, too much change is distracting.. Middle management seems to be under a lot of pressure

    Advice to Management

Let us do our job without so much major change every 18 months.
