    I worked at TiER1 Performance Solutions full-time

    Pros

    The culture and the people were what ultimately convinced me to join TiER1, as I saw it as a place I could fit in and really thrive.

    Cons

    I worked at TiER1 for over a year and was never put on a project in the field that I was hired to do, instead doing busy work that I absolutely did not enjoy. Though there is average benefits, the compensation is very low when compared to similar jobs elsewhere.

    I worked at TiER1 Performance Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Management seems to be sincerely trying hard to create a great company. Definitely one of the better places I have worked in a long career.

    Cons

    Management could communicate strategy better. As they have grown they have struggled with keeping a balance of developing people and meeting their financial goals. Distributed authority sometimes feels chaotic and overtly political.

    Advice to Management

    Examine your commitment to developing people and bringing out the full potential in the wonderful people who work there.
