    Pros

    100% remote, good health insurance, good vision and dental insurance, senior management do what they say and say what they mean, salaries are at market

    Cons

    Short paid maternity leave (can have 12 weeks leave but 10 are unpaid), PTO days could be more, no 401k matching, no cell phone reimbursement, sometimes working in silos due to 100% remote work
