I have been working at TicketNetwork full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Casual uniform, free lunch program, challenging and interesting work, great colleges. The company is constantly moving forward, new management is improving work conditions even further

Cons

Pay is less than industry standard, insurance doesn't cover family members. Some managers lack experience and training. Company is willing to spend money on certain sometimes unnecessary things, but will be cheap when it comes to offering competitive salaries.

I have been working at TicketNetwork full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Multiple avenues for advancement. You are in control of your success. Large fully staffed cafeteria with free food all day long. Company is full of very intelligent, friendly people. Very comfortable, team-oriented atmosphere. Diverse, open workforce. Managers have your back.

    Cons

Business hours are longer than most companies. Health benefits could use some work. Senior management seems to overvalue quantity of work (time in office), rather than quality.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees to make good decisions and focus on higher level goals. At least entertain some contemporary benefits like summer hours, a 4 day work week, etc.
