"Toxic culture and work environment" - Anonymous employee Ticketek Employee Review

A toxic work culture which stems from the top - all upper management are bullies and out for themselves only, really nasty in dealings with people from all levels of the company. Its a power game and people only look out for themselves - throw workmates under the bus if it can make them look good. No recognition or acknowledgement for work done, not a fun environment. This workplace is detrimental to mental health - I saw it in myself and at least five of my colleagues.
