Flexible schedule.
Technically challenging work.

Most of the talent has fled and the ones that remain are looking for new opportunities.
Culture has changed considerably.
Leadership is lacking

    I worked at Ticketmaster full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Above average pay. Fast pace environment.

    Cons

    Zero career development or training. No formal review process at the time. Due to regulations, low contribution limits for 401K. No work life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Get a real marketing plan. Pushing Upsells in a recession? Give me a break?!

    I have been working at Ticketmaster part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Cool coworkers and supervisors, easy work, decent pay. They work with your schedule as much as they possibly can and reward their employees for their hard work.

    Cons

    The fact that you have to start out part time, and seems like I'm just given random hours to work. My shift hours change on a weekly basis, as do my days off. So its nearly impossible to plan ahead for anything during your time off.

    Advice to Management

    Make the schedule more consistent. It would be really nice to have a set schedule rather than having to check it daily to find out what random hours I was given for the following day.
