Great discount Brand is well recognized. Looks great on your resume.

    Cons

Where do I start? I worked in NYC flagship store. -Drama is the first, middle, AND last name of the managers here. If you ever wonder where the mean girls in high school ended up, look no further than this place. -If you start as a part time employee, you will never be able to become a full time permanent employee. -Forget a promotion at this place, or even transferring departments. Internal candidates are rarely successful at promotions. In general, Tiffany's prefers to just hire fresh blood. -In my department, two senior employees were always allowed to be rude, nasty & catty to the rest of the staff. EVERYONE felt that they were difficult to work with. When brought up to management, they did absolutely nothing about it. I believe that they secretly loved the drama of it too, and even encouraged it. This definitely lowered the morale sometimes. -They'll hire many people as temps, as to avoid giving someone company benefits (i.e. health insurance). But the temps will work full time like everyone else. -Generally when they lay people off no warning is given. You'll only know the day of, an hour before the day ends. -Their favorite thing to do is lay off someone and give the excuse of "needs of the business." But they will have someone new in their place within a month. It's almost always because one of the nasty managers had it out for the person. Animals are treated with more respect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
