I have been working at Timbuk2 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, 20 PTO days available per year, good health insurance, amazing discount, pretty decent company culture

    Cons

People who really should be let go get shuffled from department to department, the only way to get ahead is NOT to be good at your job, it's to suck up to the right person at the right place. Little opportunity for growth. When people leave it takes months to get them replaced, if they are ever replaced, causing confusion for communication across all channels. Pay in certain channels/positions is laughable, with few incentives or options to make more money. Every good idea is run through committee 900 times until it's no longer viable.

    Advice to Management

Spend the money to have full teams of people so that everyone can do their ONE JOB, and not have to do the jobs of four different people in the same department.
