One of the best benefits working for this company was the compensation. Also you can build great rapport with co workers.

Cons

Conflicting information from management, difficult to move within company even if qualified, location of call center, abuse by customers, and pressure to sell regardless of situation of the call.

Advice to Management

Speak more with each other to give out less conflicting information, try not to stress representatives out, understand the call before forcing someone to sell a product.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    Great Commission Potential
    Great Benefits
    Great Colleagues
I do not intend to stay in inbound sales at Time Warner, but I cannot think of a better place to work myself through college! Hell, they pay for it. The company has been great, but I will only be staying if I am moving up! (I didn't work my A** off in school to stay in the same position!)

    Cons

    Communication can be better
Sometimes customers can get on your nerves
They tend to focus on one area at a time as opposed to the overall picture sometimes (minor complaint)

    Advice to Management

I think that there needs to be a legitimate system set up to communicate policy changes and available promotions. The information is available, but even those that know where to look can have trouble finding it.
