    Pros

    Set schedule, guaranteed hours, great benefits

    Cons

    Could send you to another store without notice, poor training, minimal advancement, schedule doesn't permit enough time to further you education (with the exception of online classes)

    I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits, includes education, health, dental vision. Retirement. Pay is slightly better then many other call centers in town.

    The employees are good people.

    Unrestricted internet access.

    Cons

    More red tape then government work. Sometimes taking years to fix small issues (for free) that would make life better .

    Overworking employees. Not in hours but in workload.

    Tech support used to be just tech support. Now it's sales with a little bit of support.

    Also,they are getting very strict with phone useage.
