    Cons

    *I was in the top 5 out of 100 salespeople every month starting with the month I was hired. After about 6 months I was told by my supervisor that there was a spotlight on me because I was doing so well and then every month there would be a random "QA fail" that would be thrown at me and it would be ridiculous. After being told I had a 3rd violation of rules I quit because it became apparent they violate rules on those who make too much money. If you want to make money it's easy you just hang out in the 2nd quintile every month.

    Advice to Management

    Don't have supervisors make less than salespeople that makes zero sense and makes the dumbest people get promoted.

    Training, Working in team environment, Incentives

    Cons

    Rolling out new products before testing them and training the reps on the new products, Advertising something that is confusing to customers and call center reps which in turn increases the call volume, very little motivation to move to different positions within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Just inform the reps that actually deal with the customers what is going on in a timely manner before things are changed or rolled out.
