I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Time Warner Cable provides good benefits and excellent room for advancement for those willing to focus on advancement.

Cons

The company has become driven by stock price at the expense of employees and customers. Their has been a constant re-organization for nearly a decade which has caused many good employees to leave. The use of technology to facilitate communication between employees in divergent areas is under utilized.

I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In the Sales division, the company provides ample training and many corporate perks. Teams are relegated to markets and Sales Offices that make a big, national company, feel like a close knit team. One of the few remaining companies that continues to offer its employees a great benefits package.

    Cons

As with any corporation, changes in structure often affect the front-line people the most, and as re-alignments are made from a corporate standpoint, it can feel as though smaller markets are given less consideration.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to the front-line employees feedback of customer care; they are the direct line to what generates sales.

I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a Great commission plan, Benefits and 401K. Reps are usually allowed overtime.

    Cons

Promises for hourly raise was not met when I was there. There is favoritism. Lunch hour was different everyday.

    Advice to Management

Promote in-store Sales Reps not outsiders from other departments.
