    It's a large company so most of the decisions are made through meetings about the next meeting and such.

    I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    The employee benefits are good. Free services if you live in the area/territory. Health care dental vision 401k etc...

    Cons

    The overall morale of the company. Especially as a CSR it's hard to come to work day after day knowing that you are going to be faced with angry consumers who want answers to why their bill has sky rocketed ? Why are their services always out? Where's the technician ? Which you as the CSR is not given a clear answer to provide to these angry subscribers. The metrics are built to make you feel as though you aren't worthy to excel. The glass is often half empty than full... so to speak.

    Advice to Management

    Stop twiddling your thumbs and get your head out of the clouds. The supervisor's/manager's are hard to be found on the floor when you need help, but are quick to reprimand you when something affects their commission payout...
