Pros

Easy job, decent money, for the most part decent coworkers as well.

Questionable management decisions, forcing sales onto support as a way to increase the bottom line is never the answer.

Advice to Management

Show the employees you care about them, not just metrics.

I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Health insurance and complimentary services. You are able to work alone. There is no micro management.

    Cons

No support from upper management. Management fails to understand the duties of the job and our customer base. Upper management is out of touch with field work. You are limited to turf. You are only allowed 16 referrals outside of your turf. You cannot exceed this. You are limited on expanding your business thus limitiing your income potential.

    Advice to Management

Reconsider monthly goals. Reconsider prices of services offered to customer. Very competiitve market with other providers.
