No opinion of CEO

Pros

They have a great benefits package. Their benefits are on par with other companies. They still have a pension plan

Cons

As with all companies, the structure is somewhat political. They have an old cable mentality that does not seem to reward those who have advanced degrees.

Advice to Management

Get more feedback from the front-line employees. Make employees feel like they are part of the decision making process. Get with the program

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The benefits (health insurance, free cable, internet and phone [with every channel available too], free life insurance, bonuses) are amazing. The pay is pretty comparable too.

    Cons

The management treats you like a dog. They never praise you for doing your job well, but threaten to fire you if you don't meet your sales goals. You must take and answer a call EXACTLY like they want you too. You have little room to make it your own. You receive calls that don't pertain to sales and you'll get reprimanded for taking a call and not making a sale. (Hard to sell to someone who is complaining their services are already messed up and trying to get it fixed or disconnected). Upper management doesn't care what you have to say. They'll ask you to leave, and if you don't, force you to leave if you're being too opinionated about the system.

    Advice to Management

Take some passion in your job. Take time to listen to your employees. They have great ideas and you would grow a lot of you took them into consideration. We're the ones bringing you in the money, we're the ones that know what should change and make the company better.
