    independent working atmosphere, decision making encouraged at all levels

    Slow in growth - not so agressive
    less flexible to suit market situations
    Talent management is missing
    Having expats at senior levels did not pay off during past years.

    Advice to Management

    Indian operations needed local manager. this is fulfilled now and must continue that way in future.
    Must adapt to Indian ways of doing business. Learn from competition, e.g., SKF to develop new business.
