    This company (and industry) is growing at a fast pace. The team needs to catch up with the needs of the business. You may find yourself wearing many hats. It's very fast-paced and not for everyone, but a great way to learn different parts of the business.

    No culture, constant burnout, no future, competitive salaries only for the employees they value.

    Pros

    - 100% remote - Benefits - You'll be able to dabble in a lot of different areas of the business if you're interested or.. forced to lol. - $2K educational benefits - There are a handful of people in this company who are genuinely a pleasure to work with. You'd be lucky to be on their team.

    Cons

    Expect the following: - Direction from multiple people, resulting in poor outcomes - Unrealistic deadlines - Team members launching projects without thinking it through - Teams and team members are valued more than others - Team members making unacceptable mistakes and being rewarded for it - Expected to work overtime - Bonuses for some teams, no bonuses for others. We're told that everyone on the team doesn't get bonuses. - No company culture - Barely any salary increases - when you ask for one, you get denied or you get a petty increase. - Expect slack messages beyond working hours and on weekends - Expect to work with people with huge egos - Expect to hear the same promises year after year - Multiple projects all at once that just don't make sense - A lot of useless meetings The company being a "small start-up" is not an excuse. The people that work for this company deserve better.
